(bottlle) Reddish brown colour with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with caramel and milk chocolate as well as grassy/herbal hops and a mineral touch. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. A bit sticky and alcoholic. Aftertaste not too heavy thanks to fresh hoppy notes in the finish. Not bad, but not great either - for my taste of course.

Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - DEC 9, 2011
Bottle at home. Clear deep amber pour, foamy light brown head. Aroma is dry, spicy and with some red fruits and molasses. Flavor is slightly roasted, licorice, spicy and with a hint of red wine. A bit watery and thin, but a well balanced and nice flavor. Decent macro bock.

LomYst (929) - Rotterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 24, 2011
cloudy red brown liquid with a minimal head, malty aroma, faint caramel, bread, some banana... sweet taste, nothing special, short finish

dutchbeerpages (2439) - Wilnis, NETHERLANDS - OCT 28, 2011
Nice spiced aroma. Slightly disappointing afterwards, dry finish with some of those nice spices. Dusty. Bottle from De Schans in Uithoorn.

Pours a brown beer with big foam. Not a very good Bock, taste is rather bitter with a much to boring aroma. I was slightly let down.

erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - OCT 7, 2011
Filtered, dark ruby body with nice light tan head. Caramel, spices, wholewheat bread and leather. Light bitter and sweetness - well balanced. Not very interesting though. (33cl bottle)

TaxiDriver (1847) - Stadland, GERMANY - MAR 28, 2011
Bottle. A light sweet aroma, light malty, weak smell of licorice. Th head is very small, fizzy and beige with a short duration. The body is brown. The taste is light malty with some chocolate. The body is medium strong, dry and light creamy with a flat carbonation. A good bock which could have a little bit more carbonation or body.

Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, GERMANY - DEC 17, 2010
bottle from Bierkoning - bedankt! Clear brown colour, large beige head. Sweet nose with caramel. Full-bodied, solid malty base with lots of caramel, raisins, prunes and perhaps some chocolate. Lingering finish with dark dried fruit.
