Bottle. Pours a clear brown beer with a very nice, off white head on top that clings on the glass. Aroma is sweet, malty and quite yeasty and earthy. Flavor starts off medium bitter, crisp and transforms into a nice, sweet warming experience. Long sweet aftertaste, soft carbonation and good balance. Good stuff.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with medium white head. Only a faint aroma of sweet malts and falling leaves. Taste a bit bland; good notes of caramel and orange that fade too quicly before the strange, soapy aftertaste. Feels a bit like oil in the mouth. Looks good but only satisfactory on the inside. Not bat but lacks any justification for existence.

Bottle 30cl. Ruby coloured with a tiny off white head that fades quickly. Aroma reminds of fall. Some malts and sugar too. The taste is strange. It starts with a mild sweetness which turns quickly in bitterness and then a chemical aftertaste. Disappointing...

Smooth-fresh, malty. Slightly bitter in the mainpart. Fruity, easy to drink but not too deep. Sweetish-sticky, nice. Caramel, plums.

In Holland most brewers do a bock as a seasonal special in the fall. this one is as I remember from years ago. Almost a seperate category, the Dutch bock. A bit sweet mild burned malts nice bitter aftertaste. It lacks depth where other brewers such as La Trappe offer a more interesting seasons brew.

0.33L bottle. Pours clear brown with a light tan head. Aromas of caramel, cherry, alcohol and iron. Mild sweetness with decent malt flavors or caramel and cereal grain. Not much in the middle, then finishes with bitter roasted malt and herby hop flavors. Medlum-light body with a thin mouthfeel and active carbonation. Overall, only mediocre profile overall. Some ok aromas and flavors, but not that well-balanced and nothing really standing out.
