Oakes (17664) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 21, 2014
Dark reddish-brown with a very large head. Aroma has caramel, touch of alcohol and a little bit of diacetyl. Taste is nice - toasty, sweet, nutty, fresh malt, alcohol late, breadcrust and toasted seeds and all that bocky good stuff.

Satyroneto (378) - BRAZIL - MAR 10, 2014
---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Typical bock beer from a big Dutch brewer. Sweet and a bit flat. Brewed for the masses and boring.

Draft at In De Wildeman. Pours clear medium brown with a big off white head. Aroma of raisins, sweet overripe fruit and caramel. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

30cl bottle @ home. Dark reddish-brown clear color, beige head, sweetish smell. Aroma caramel, chocolate, coffee, toast, slight alcohol notes. Taste medium sweetness, medium to heavy bitterness. Average carbonation, fine bitter finish. Delicious bock beer.

Maakun (5554) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - NOV 29, 2013
Mahogany with small beige head. Roasted malts, wood, blackcurrant, medium sweet with bitter aftertaste. All a bit light and unoffensive. I remember having this last year and hating it, but this is actually pretty decent for a bok.

33 cl bottle. Aroma: caramel, nuts, roasty. Appearance: amber, clear, minimal head. Taste: medium sweetness, lightly bitter - good balance. Palate: medium body, soft carbonation, long finish. Good beer and would enjoy another.
