Weinig geur, ziet er wel goed uit. Licht zoet, maar niet heel sterk van smaak. Prima. Niet speciaal

Poured a deep ruby red with no real head. Aroma of red fruit, caramel malt and light spice. Medium body, flavour is as the aroma, hint of liquorice and a bitter sweet finish.

Aroma caramel tonen. Zoet zuur met bittertje.

It has a deep red color and pours like oil. Smells like honey and oats with butter. A thick water palate and flavors that match the aromas. Very smooth due to minimal carbonation and a healthy flavor with no bite. Delicious ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Red-amber color, almost no head. Aroma of honey on toast, some buckwheat and unripe nectarine. Taste of a solid red ale base with light toasted malts. As it warms there’s some oatmeal in the aroma too. Solid autumn beer that makes me kinda wish I drank beer with breakfast.

Pours brown red with a small white head. Smells like most bocks. Tastes bittersweet with aroma’s of roasted malt with a tint of liquorice. Nice moderate carbonisation. Not a bad bock but not very special either.

Amber brown color, not much foam. Flavor is light toasted malts with caramel, ripe sweet fruit and some spiciness with clove and a mild bitter, medium dry, finish. Nice bock!

3.8
blackisle (2892) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - OCT 6, 2013
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2014 Very fruity aroma, syrup, brown sugar, roasty, herbs, soy sauce, clear deep redbrown color, creamy tan head with bubbles, creamy retention, smooth bittersweet that continues in the finish which is a bit more bitter, roastiness and fruity tones stay. [140109] slightly rerated with 0.1 up.
