UPDATED: SEP 9, 2017 bottle durning rbsg Basque Market cider tasting. Pours out hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is funky apple a little bit of dust. Taste is more of the Apple funk a little bit of pears very fun to try.

Draught @ Inez, Tampere. Pours cloudy golden color. Minerally, olive oil, earthy notes, apple skin. Huge aroma. Flavor has mineral notes, tartness, floral notes, citric notes. Some funkyness. Very dry. Superb cider.

Bottle sample during RBSG. The cider is a hazy yellow with a white head that fizzes out quickly. The aroma is funky and dry with a nice tart apple kick to it. A little musty. Medium body and moderate carbonation.

Pouring at the Basque Market during our RBSG17 stop for Basque ciders. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head while pouring, falls off after. Soft apple and a bit of acid and funk, hay and barnyard. Medium bodied, soft sulfurous notes, barnyard and hay. Toasty with some funk.
