COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mit seiner neuen Bierkreation hat sich Reinhold Barta auf seine Studienjahre in einer Brauerei in Irland zurückbesonnen. Mit Austrian Amber Ale gibt er weiterhin den Trend zum Spezialitäten- und Genussbier vor.

Er hat in seinem Salzburger Brauhaus Gusswerk seine neue „single step infusion mash“ nach irischem Vorbild kreiert. Englische Ale-Hefe punktet mit angenehm fruchtigen Aromen, der original Bio-Hopfen aus den USA (Sorte Cascade und Summit) unterlegt es mit feinem Bitterton, bombastisches Citrus-Grapefruit Aroma verleiht dem Genuss-Bier seine einzigartige Frische.

Hazy amber with creamy white head. Aroma is herbs peach slight alcohol, fruity but not much. Taste is bitter cracker malt. Not exactly smooth a bit fruity in the finish. Very bitter and one dimensional... ok.

Pours a murky amber with a medium, frothy off-white head. Aroma of pear, grapefruit, peach, caramel malts. Light sweetness, medium bitterness with a lingering bittersweet finish. Quite malty, medium body. Lively, slightly hard carbonisation.
Alright. Quite fruity on the nose, but a bit unbalanced in terms of bitterness. Becomes a bit stale and watery towards the end.
