Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An unclear, golden-orange beer with a finger-thick, dense, off-white head. The aroma has some notes of cooked vegetables, Mostly banana, bubble gum and cloves though. Its medium bodied, effervescent and quite dry on the palate, with flavors of wheat, banana, bubble gum and cloves. Some bitterness towards the end. A decent weizen that wont be my preferred one. 110318

50cl bottle. Pours hazy deep golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of rotten fruits, esters, yeast and some clove. Taste of phenolic esters, wheat, rotten banana, meh...

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Unusually grainy and slightly juicy malty aroma with only a tinge of wheat character, rather subtle fruity notes except for some hints of apricots and peaches. Mildly sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest, if not tame carbonation for a wheat beer. Peachy malty taste with shades of wheat, yeasty spots, reminding me of baking yeast in the background; sweet and slightly sour-fruity finish. Not very remarkable. 25.III.17

Tap from cellar holding tank at the Privat-Brauerei in Forsting. Light bread and grain for the malt, light grass for the hops, and faint earth from the yeast. Head is average size, frothy, white with excellent lacing and is fully lasting. Color is murky yellow. Flavor starts moderately acidic, then finishes moderately acidic and lightly to moderately bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery with a lively carbonation and a tart and dry finish. Nice surprising taste from this slightly unfinnished German Hefeweizen.

Its unclear yellow-orange with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, wheat and a little fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, wheat and little banana, and the finish is slightly spicy. Ordinary I would say.

500ml bottle. Hazy dark golden colour with average frothy white head. Wheaty and yeasty aroma, slightly sweet fruity touch has banana and peach notes. Taste is slightly sweet wheat malty, minimally fruity, a citrus touch, additionally minimally spicy notes in the finish. Relatively low carbonated, soft palate.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and its not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Sehr rustikal, zur Abwechslung mal wieder was anderes.

Hellmalzig wrzig, slich, somit sffig. Nettes Weizen, das aber nichts Besonderes darstellt. 8/7/8/7/11/7

0.5 l bottle. Deep yellow brown color. Sweet aroma with ripe banana, clove, pepper, vanilla and smoke. Dryer yet firm spicy flavor with clove, pepper and grainy wheat, banana is more restrained. Tart fruitiness in finish. A bit too hefty spiciness for me.
