Aroma; hops, roasted malts, cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, caramels, crispy dark bread, citrus note. Look; fawn to light beige good head on a near clear mahogany body. Taste; hops, roasted malts, cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, caramels, crispy dark bread, yeast, citrus note, pears - sweet fully nice finish. Feel; good but not heavy body, natural soft carbonation. Overall; very nice and typical German dark wheat beer. Feels as more than the 5.2, but no alco notes. Good one. [BB18AUG17, [email protected] H7 Tromsö bymyself 2017SEP17 8484'16]

Bottle from Mein Bier.de Dark brown colour, beige foam. Nose of banana, some citrus, spices. Very drinkable. Medium carbonation. The best Dunkelweizen I ever tasted.

500 ml bottle served in Weißbier glass. Pours cloud dark brown with Weißbier typical head. Raisin, some caramel, roasted malt, bread and yeast. Yeasty, malty, slightly bitter-sweet. Soft carbonated. A bit watery texture, but nice palate though. Süffig. Although I am not the biggest fan of Dunkelweizen beers, this is quite good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Gehbe (451) - Vilnius, LITHUANIA - MAR 5, 2017
Bottle. Hazy chestnut with a huge frothy beige head. Aroma of bread and malt mixed with banana, spices, yeast and dried fruit. Mild soursweet taste, almost no bitterness. High carbonation, frothy texture. Complex yet refreshing, went down in two minutes :)

Ritzn (1709) - GERMANY - FEB 21, 2017
Murky brown with little white head. Aroma is esters, chalk, chestnut, caramel malt, tree bark. Taste is sour yeasts, a bit sweet chocolate, spikyness while swallowing. Easily drinkable, yet not so smooth, because of the spiky character. Decent, but not really great.

Bottle - slightly transparent dark brown color, nice off-white head. Actually quite dry, semi-sweet Dunkelweizen. Aromas of dark malts, cereals, nuts and some vanilla. Body is a bit too thin imho. nice one though.

jjsint (3436) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 23, 2017
Bottle from Bacchanalia, Cambridge. Ruddy grown, and cloudy cloudy cloudy. Big off-white head. Aroma of sourdough, carob, and gentle baking spices. Tastes of bittersweet chocolate with some underlying sourness. Clove, chocolate and the slightest touch of ripe citrus in the finish. Thin body and soft carbonation. Decent dunkelweizen.
