Bottle. Pours light hazy copper with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma is quite mild with caramel, grain spice, ,light hops and .. actually just mild malt soup with a hint of hops. Taste is light+ sweet and light bitter. Body is light+, texture is , carbonation is lively..Finishes balanced.

budedou (1016) - Saint Etienne, FRANCE - APR 15, 2014
Bière basique sans trop d’ originalité... on ne ressent pas le blé noir... assez déçu

2.5
thirstyrabbit (1849) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 8, 2014
Small bottle. Murky rusty body, small head. Aroma has dried bread and some beans. Now that the description mentions pancakes - yes, there is some burnt pancake in the finish. I like buckwheat but not in (this) beer. Instead of a novelty beer it feels like a cheap industrial Dunkelweizen.

3.3
Dfonorow (2250) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 25, 2014
Amber with a moderate sized white head. Aroma is earthy with notes of sourdough, toast, cider, and fruit. Flavor has a biscuit quality with roast and grain.

3.2
Pinball (12228) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 28, 2013
