Bottled - A blended medium Dry cider.
NOTE: The draught Black Dragon is a different product from the bottled version and has a separate listing.
This special reserve cider has been hand crafted exclusively from cider apples grown by traditional methods in ageing orchards.
The juice pressed from these apples is fermented and matured in oak barrels to produce a cider rich in colour, body and flavour with a fresh fruity aroma.

Bottle @ benzai. Clear golden colour with no head. Smells apple, homemade appelmoes. Tastes apple, apple peel, wine. I’m not good at rating ciders, but I guess this one tastes natural. Medium body, soft carbo.

Bottle shared at the get Dean to 5000 tasting, thanks to Deanso. Pours clear rich golden with a ring off white head. Aroma of sweet red apples, spice, light vanilla, light wood. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic. Real spicy in the palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Appearance: Clear golden amber with bubbly white head on the pour. Aroma: Apple, vanilla, caramel, wood, spicy, floral. Taste: Medium sweetness, low/medium acidity and low tannin. Palate: Fairly thick smooth texture, light body, average carbonation, quite dry lingering sweet apple, caramel, spicy finish with a slight tartness. Comments: Very good.
