Bottle, 9C. Gold with some lazing bubbles. Aroma of tart and mellow apples and their skins, wood. Sweetish with fresh apples, a little cooked, drying skins, light wood. Good balance - the sweetness is fleshy but the finish is dry and just a bit zingy. Good.

Bottle from ciderandmore.de .Pours clear yellow. Nose is acidic apple, but a weird boozy touch. Palate is sooo smooth, the carbonation accumulates at the tip of the tongue. Nice medium dry apple, some oak, some vanilla. Great cider, very smooth, one of the best Ive had yet.

Aroma:
Slight aroma of malts, caramel, wood, apples and barnyard.

Appearance:
Clear golden/amber beer with no head.

Taste/Palate:
Medium sweet and slightly dry and sour with malts, caramel, wood, apples and barnyard.

Overall:
This beer is rather intense and balanced, but lacks complexity. My first real Cider and I am not quite sold. Feels a bit one-dimensional without a lot of distinct and noticeable flavours besides the apples.
