Tap at The Red Squirrel Emporium, High Wycombe, as Gwynt y Ddraig Happy Daze. Clear dark orange, clear and still with no head. Aroma is airy, a touch farty, dried apple. Body is smooth with light to low carbonation. Taste is sugary, apple, a bit sulphurous, insipid watery finish. In short, this is a firm no for me. (1.8)

Keg dispensed @ White Lion, Heptonstall. Slightly hazed golden-orange coloured ale. Deceptively sweet in aroma and taste as theres a long bitter finish to this cider, however theres a heavy apple sweetness beforehand.

From the cellar (bag in box ?) at the Arkwright Arms, Duckmanton, 04/10/13. Clear golden with a small off white bubbles that soon evaporate to nothingness. Nose is light apple skin, toffee apple, light smoke, earthy. Taste comprises earthy apples, orchard fruit, light sugars. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry orchard finish. Decent cider.
