I like cider but I never drink it at beer festivals because I certainly don’t like it still & warm (could live with still, not with warm). So mostly I enjoy it at home. ***

"Golden medium cider with a refreshing apple aroma. Smooth balanced flavour that has a fresh, crisp sharpness. Shows off its true origins as a traditional oak matured farmhouse cider." (cidery notes] ***
Colour: Clear, deep golden yellow. No head. ***
Nose: Mild, slightly sweet apple juice. Nom sharpness at all. ***
Mouthfeel: Very soft carbonation. Still rather on the light and crisp side. Not watery though. ***
Taste: More sweet than crisp at the start: sweetish red apples are dropped quickly in favor of tarter apple notes, with a shot of lemon. In the finale, a hint of apple seeds is added, so there’s a - very - mild bitterness to it. Aftertaste is predominantly sweet again, ripe, red apples. Quickly gone though. ***
Impressions: A very fruity, very apple-y, straightforward cider (no oak aging here) with soft carbonation (in contrast to something like Thatchers et al). Generally still crisp and thirst-quenching. Aroma could be stronger. Nice, not overly subtle. melush (5320) - SPAIN - AUG 25, 2016

Bottle, at Cardinal. A clear dark golden cider, flat and headless. The aroma has mostly apples, but there’s also some cellar. Pear, apples, orchard notes and a touch of cellar in the flavor. Medium body, soft on the palate. Apple cores in the finish. Easy drinkable and quite decent, but far from impressive. 140726 abemorsten (3715) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - JUN 30, 2014
Shared 0,5 l bottle at Cardinal. Clear golden body with small white head. Ripe apples and hints of apple cider vinegar on the nose. Sweet yellow apples with a cereal finish. Smooth to drink. Holmen2 (4488) - NORWAY - JUN 30, 2014
Clear golden. Fine cider aroma, with hints of apple cider vinegar. Sweet apples in taste. Good drinkability, but not particularly exciting.
