Bottle shared at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks mom for this bottle! Clear golden with no head. Aroma of cardboard, corn and diacetyl. Grainy and corny flavor with a bit of sweetness, cardboard and a husky bitterish finish. Light-bodied.

(Gyumri Classic (Zhigvolyevyan)) Bottle 500 ml from a trade with DSG, thanks. New country! Served into an english pint glass, ABV 4% Deep golden yellow and a tad hazy on the body, small and thin white head on top, with low retention, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. Lots of grains on the aroma, a bit lactic too, old hops. Taste is grainy, some faint lemon zest, wet barley. Good bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium body, low carbonation. Overall not bad at all.

visionthing (5530) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUL 23, 2012
50cl bottle at my hotel room in Yerevan. Pours pale golden with a small white head. Standard industrial lager. The lowest ABV beer from Gyumri, but still I think this was my favourite. Don’t quite know why, maybe it was a bit less sweet than the other Gyumri beers, but they tasted pretty much the same to me. Drinkable, but not worth bringing back home.
Backlog from Armenia trip in 2010 - tasted: 2010-05-29

kerenmk (5153) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - AUG 16, 2014
Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks DSG. Clear gold, white film. buttery aroma. Butter candy taste, like Wurthers Original. Light body and buttery finish.

ElDesmadre (3630) - Mikołów, POLAND - MAY 30, 2016
Bottle. Light grainy note, apart of that it’s just water. But that also means, there is no skunk, corn or metal. Lands in the ’could have been worse’ category.
