COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is our version of a strong palish Belgian Saison. We have chosen to give this beer a pale and light profile and let the yeast display its full spicy flavors. We have also added some coriander for more complexity. This will develop some tartness given the time.

bartlebier (4084) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - SEP 13, 2017
2x500ml bottles from source, partly paired with blåskjell in Hamar, Drammen SEP2017 - mange tak! - Kort: pairs well in&with mussels broth, being midway between Wit and Pater with a koriander sweetness and some Kristallweizen characteristics. But lacks the dryness of a saison, all while being quite Belgian - landing it somewhere near Ename Pater or a more natural St.Feuillien Grisette. Flavour payoff for 7,5% liver investment is slightly under par.

vinivini (2666) - Gomel, BELARUS - AUG 18, 2017
Bottle, 50 cl. Hazy honey colour. Lots of yeast particles drifting around. Bog fluffy off-white head. Stays. Sweet candy malts, esters, massive spicy yeast. Medium body. Lively carbonation. Medium sweet taste. Solid malts. Supporting spicy yeast. Light bitterness on ending. In fact it is a nice Belgian Blonde. Not dry enough for a Saison.

Jyrsa (890) - - AUG 8, 2017
Bottle from OSL. Clear copper with very light head. Belgian yeast, licorice, herbs, a hint of caramel. Coriander, unspecific herbs, earthy aromas. Medium body with a thick texture and soft carbonation and a long herbal finish.

50cl bottle kindly muled by Fede, thanks! It pours a slightly hazed pale golden color with a medium white head. Aroma is yeasty and floral fruity. Taste is medium dry and grassy with notes of fruity esters black pepper and hay. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, very nice and clean

piwnepodroze (519) - POLAND - SEP 15, 2016

Draught at Tap10, Cph. Hazy amber-golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with spices, toasted notes, sweet pale malts. Caramel. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with pale malts and spicy hints. Nice Saison to the sweeter side.

minutemat (5807) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 1, 2016
Keg @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours deep hazy gold, thin white head. Aroma is orange sherbet. Taste is quite sweet, but smooth with a low carbonation. Lots of sweet yeasty swirls here. Tastes quite sessionable. Lovely stuff.
