Golden yellow to light amber in the glass, hazy and unclear, as usual for the style. Medium carbonation, just a small amount of bubbles. One finger head, dying down to none almost immediately. Aroma of wheat malt, cloves and hay. Tastes exactly the way a true hefeweizen should taste. In the beginning you are under attack from the bittering hops, then the flavours of banana from the yeast, coriander and cloves calms it down, followed by a pleasant dry aftertaste.

Bottle from an Alesund supermarket. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet with a big bubbly yeast palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to Jmgreenuk. Pours very heavy pale orange with a bubbly lively off white head. Aroma is real yeasty, light spice and citrus. Flavour is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with high tooth fizzing carbonation.

Appearance: Cloudy or maybe hazy yellow golden color with a thick white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, yeast, some herbal notes and banana.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Average to rich carbonation.
Taste: Wheat, malty, fruity, herbal, yeast and balanced mild banana.
Overall impression: Decent nice grocery store hefe weisse. Not so sweet as normal. Mild pleasant acidic that balances it..
Personal stats: Bottle from Meny Begby in Fredrikstad, Norway
