Bottled. Hazy golden coloured. Notes of yeast and banana in the aroma and in the flavour. Thin and sparkling.

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2009 (On bottle at RBESG 2005) An oK weiss in my book, since the bananaesters are turned way down. dark yellowcolour and a white head. Aroma of burnt banana, not much though. Big carbonation. Slides down nicely, again without the big hell of bananaesters. Fresh finish. But can a Weiss but so thin on the esters, I dunno and don´t care either. RERATE jan 2009. This batch was extremly contaminated and fragmentated.

Bottled at RBESG 2005. Clear yellow coloured with a white head. Sweet fruity aroma with notes of caramel. Fruity flavour of spices and yeast.

Pernille (518) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 14, 2005
Bottle RBESG. Almost grey color. Smeels like the usual old pilsener. Which is VERY odd for a hefeweissen, I think. Tastes pretty bad. They should improve this by adding some more wheat.
