Bottle 500ml.
Alc. 4.5%. Light unclear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, spicy, citrus - peel, light coriander. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. IMO. not a Bavarian hefeweize more like a belgium witbier. [20100417]

50 cL bottle, batch #222. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a fizzy and shortlived white head. Citrusy and mild wheaty aroma with a whiff of coriander. Citric and smooth coriander spiced wheaty flavour. Light dryness. Some estery note but dominantly coriander spiced finish.

A slightly hazy orange beer with a disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet yeasty and wheaty, and so is the flavor. The end is dry wheaty. Thanks to Haandbryggeriet for supplying this for RBESG.

Draught at Borefts Beer Festival 2010. Decent example of the style, lots of wheat and bubbelgum flavors, just a touch of sourness.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2005 Bottled at RBESG. Golden colour. Aroma of banana and caramel. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel, restrained fruitiness. Despite it’s esters it feels straightforward, but also refreshing and pleasant.
