Atom (2556) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - FEB 19, 2012
Bottle pours a murky brown with a thin tan head. Strong coffee aroma, with chocolate, vanilla, and molasses. Taste similar to aroma sweet throughout with a bitter finish. Meh not bad, not great.

maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - FEB 18, 2012
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours dark brown with a small khaki head. A touch of lacing left about. Nose is full of grass and bitter mocha like notes. Taste is much more coffee accentuated. Very dry, bitter and roasty. A little too spritzy on the finish. Ok but nothing special

gam (4037) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - FEB 10, 2012
Very gassy porter tan head dark pour black aromas beans beans coffee beans caramel mild vanilla flavours roasted coffee bean strong rich mild chocolate and liquorice bitter fairly strong smooth grain bitter strong finish with coffee the main aftertaste does lack some body

Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 9, 2012
It poured overcarbonated and looked like it was just fermenting as the bottle sat and slowly over flowed. It pours dark deep brown in color with a huge creamy tan head, like fresh fermentation going on. The aroma and flavor have died much from what i expected. There was a generous amount of coffee, but the rest of the flavor seemed to have faded without much fresh roasted malt flavor at all.

jesperhammer (4874) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 2, 2012
01-FEB-2012, bottle @home, gift from and shared with Henrik. Dark brown with light brown lasting head. Roasted weak nose with a hint of coffee. Taste is roasted with coffee. More coffee than on the nose. A bit dissapointed, Not as much coffee as I hoped for. A good porter, thougt. Perhaps not very fresh? Smoothe coffee taste. Qutie likeable.

Christian (13769) - Odense, DENMARK - JAN 23, 2012
Black with a small tan head. The aroma is filled with cold coffee - of the ashtray and dark berries kind. Malty flavour with overwhelming coffee - it’s too much, but at least the beer finishes with a pretty good coffee aftertaste

tmrmwel (2204) - Bergen, NORWAY - JAN 23, 2012
Bottle.Pours almost black, with a thick creamy head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate and tobacco. Flavour is chocolate and coffee. Nice Porter.

From Voldby, DK. Bottled, 220112. Black with beige head. Aroma and flavour of coffee and roasted malt. Some sweetness too.

mkel07 (6239) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JAN 14, 2012
500ml bottle. Poured a great dark brown to black colour with a slight beige head. Strong coffee bean aroma with a sweetness to it. The flavour mirrors the aroma and fills the mouth with a big burst of coffee flavours. Lingering on the palate the coffee bean flavours can be tasted long after the beer is finished.

Pours brown and murky small tan head. Nose is green apples. Slightly oxidized. Some coffee as well but it is overwhelmed by the sour. This may be a bad bottle. Taste isn’t sour but the coffee is not coming through. Instead of some expected bitterness I am getting some over sweet taste. Crisp and bubbly on the palate. I need to review this again because I have had it before and I remember it being better. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
