Ungstrup (38138) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 16, 2005
A muddy brown beer with no head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by caramel, but also contains some lesser notes of wheat. The flavor is wheaty combined with caramel, and is slightly roasted. The mouthfeel is very carbonated. I’ve had better Dunkelweizens, but thanks to Haandbryggeriet for supplying this to RBESG.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2005 Bottled at RBESG. Very muddy pale brown. Banana aroma. Sweet and roasty with some caramel. Dryish lightly salty finish. Pleasant, unusally refreshing dunkelweizen.

Papsoe (25060) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 24, 2005
(Bottle 50 cl) Very unclear brown with a small, off-white head. Lots of yeast in the aroma. Very malty and full-bodied, soft and delicate. Nice all right, 120805

Bottled @RBESG’05
Hazy brown, small tanned head. Smokey weizen nose. Crisp, citrusy, roasted and wheaty. Balanced example of this style. for such a new brewery, very clean brew.

yngwie (17101) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 24, 2005
UPDATED: MAY 9, 2007 Bottled at Lorry, Oslo. (#3) Brown, with a light tan head. Hazy. Aroma of cloves, banana and acid. The co2 level probably hides some of the flavors. Banana, cloves and some roastiness is detectable. Medium body, but way too fizzy. Will probably have to rerate this one later on. (051123)

gunnfryd (15097) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 19, 2006
