Bottle from secret Sinterklaas Maakun, thanks! Pours a red/brown with a quickly diminishing head. Fruity with a load of raspberries, light farmhouse notes, lactic acid, raspberry jam in the finish. Quite sour and dry.

Bottle at home. Almost clear reddish brown with fizzy short lasting beige head. Strong sour raspberries, balsamic, sour cherries, light malts, dried dusty oregano or rosemary, old wood, a bit bready. It has some Rodebach character, but it’s very sour and less oxidized I guess. Not much sweetness. Medium bodied with fine but abundant fizzy carbonation. A bit rough but quite enjoyable.

On tap at Haand Festival. A hazy brown beer with a minimal sized light beige head. The aroma has vinegar in a nice way, with raspberry, some lemon and a faint woody hint. It's tart and more or less full-bodied, with a low and well suited level of carbonation. Raspberry, vinegar, some wood notes and a lemon flavor that is stronger towards the lasting finish. Sure a nice one, although I'd certainly prefer less vinegar. 170526

heman (1302) - Tychy, POLAND - AUG 1, 2017
Barwa głęboko czerwona, piwo klarowne, piana szybko zanika. Aromat intesnywnie malinowy, trochę kompotowy, z nuta skórzastą i lekko drewnianą. Finisz cierpki.
