Bottle 33 cl from erzbierschof.ch. Gushing beer, colour orangy amber, huge foam off-white and peppery sparkling. Aromas of hop, citrus, tropical fruits, malt and toffy. The taste is fresh, lively, at first soft and fruity, with notes of pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit. Crispy and bitter beer on a malted sweetness with plant touches. Hops in the lead in a dry, bitter and strong finale, citrus and its acidity.

Bottle bought in Vinmonopolet at Vika. Fruity smell with some yeast. Similar taste, some cassis but mostly ripe fruit and some hops. Doesnt feel too fresh. Brewed 2012-09-07 but feels like it should be 2011. The other Fire and Flame-beers have been better.

Borefts. The Haand version of De Molens Vuur and Vlam. All i remember about this one was that it tasted like tons of citrus lemongrass and other herbals. It was a basic tasting ipa, nothing too memorable.

On tap at Borefts 2012, Bodegraven. Pours cloudy gold with a fine, white cream head. Herbal hop nose, some dry grapefruit. Medium sweet flavor with dry grapefruit and toasty grass. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly dry to finish, some further toasty grass and bread. Decent.

Draft @ Borefts 2012 - darker orange with a big quickly collapsing white head - smells is clear sharp citrus hops with some caramel malts and hay - taste is round sharp citrus turning over time into bitter herbs and plenty of spices, finishing some hay and tad sweeter citrus, touch grass - neat carb, lightly fuller body - quite interesting and different - not bad

Orange coloured beer, decent and good holding head. Nice citrus and grassy hoppy, but a bit simple. Not bad at all, but misses something.

Draft at Borefts Beer Festival. Slightly cloudy golden brown pour with a bubbly white head. Nice hoppy and well controlled bitterness in the flavour with sweet citrus notes in the aftertaste. A really unusual IPA and one of my favourites.
