COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
HaandBic is our first beer in the style of a fruit iambic with added red currents and Lingonberry. We have naturally also added a lambic style yeast blend incl bacteria and yeast of different types. Then this concoction has been aged in oak barrels for almost 18 months. The beer gets its tartness from both berries and the concoction we added. It will most certainly develop further given time

Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. The aroma has a nice blend of acidity, funk, wood and fruits. Good flavor of fruits, wood, acidity and mild funk. The body is light to medium with an oily texture and low carbonation. Good stuff!

BlazerT (1335) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - DEC 7, 2016
Tasted some time ago. Bottle. Sensoric. Medium amber/hazy orange with tiny, foff-white to beige head. Aroma is moderately malty and caramel with moderate vinous, woody, leathery, rubber and apple vinegar notes. Also moderately berry character (lingonberry). Some lightly smokey notes, tart and funky (barnyard). Brett character is quite noticeable. Moderately to heavy sweet flavor, lightly acidic, tart. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, finish is semi-dry, bitter and acidic. Really nice Wilda Ale very complex with lots of natural ingredients complimentary to the taste and aroma. The beer is well balanced and moderately drinkable.
