Bottled at RBESG. Cloudy amber. Vague orange aroma overpowered by alcohol. Sweet and solidly malty with notes of peach and clean mouthfeel. The hops add bitterness but not much aroma and flavour. Simple. Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 24, 2005
(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy, orangey golden with a small, creamy head. Slightly unpleasant phenolic aromas. Malty with a weird tartness and a dry, rough, bitter finish. No real pleasure. 120805 argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - AUG 23, 2005
(RBESG05, 50cl bottle) Hazy amber body topped by off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, yeast, bread, light orange. Taste is medium sweet, yeast, bread, some orange/lemon. Medium body, light sticky. Not an IPA as I think of the style, and seems to have a house flavor I notice in their other beers. Emil (6064) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 22, 2005
Bottle. Light hazy orange colour with a white head. Sweet fruity light hoppy aroma and taste. Medium body and a light sweet bitter dry finish. rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 21, 2005
Bottle. RBESG -05.
Cloudy grey-orange. Alcohol shows off in aroma. Rich toffee-malt profile but lacking in hop backup. Perfumy and caramelly. Dry ending with an alcohol note.

Bottle conditioned, RBESG 2005, Grand Tasting (courtesy of the brewery). Lovely hoppy aroma (Cascade?), notes of grapefruit and very subtle oak. Flavour is somewhat less impressive, fairly light bodied and bitterness is not overwhelming - still, this is another decent beer from Haandbryggeriet. Bottle at RBESG Grand Tasting 05. Faintly orange, hazy, no head. Slight hop bitterness in the aroma. Slightly hoppy initial taste, then a dry, peppery body. Not amazingly hoppy in total, but certainly drinkable. hammenlind (737) - Sundbyberg, SWEDEN - AUG 16, 2005
Hazy amber coloured with a thin white head. Hoppy, citric & slight yeasty nose. Alco- flavour with some raisins and grass in the finish. Belgo (154) - Køge, DENMARK - AUG 16, 2005
Bottle. Golden with a poor head. Light cascade hop aroma. Very light on the palate without much bitterness. An acceptable pale ale but a lousy IPA Hildigöltur (5103) - København, DENMARK - AUG 15, 2005
Bottled. Brew no. 0? Hazy amber coloured. Rather fruity aroma. Sweet and rather bland flavour. Not very hoppy nor bitter. Slightly thin.
