Bottle. Deep red hazy, big tanned head. Smells of berries, tropical fruits, raisins and malts. Taste is medium malty and when you expect sweetness you get acids instead. Nice. Very refreshing. The acids is balanced with som later ariving sweetness. Combined with perfect carbonation the mouth feel also is good. Finish has smoke tendencies and some hop bitterness. Very nice beer tfredvik (1948) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 2, 2011
Wow! It’s red! The aroma is berries and fruit. Light sweet initial taste, some sourness and a light bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture, medium carbonation. Different, but very nice.

Bottle thanks to Owen. Pours a reddish amber with small light tan coloured head. Tartish nose with some fruit sweet and a little grain coming through. Flavours are very retrained. Some sweetness from the fruit and a faint sourness. Slightly thin Palme (4811) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAR 29, 2011
0.5l bottle. This is a grumzy unclear deep red beer with a fingersize off-white with a red-hued fluffy head. Nose is surprisingly sweet with grass, berries and yeast. Quite lively carbonated and a oily body. Tastes light berries-sour (cowberries) with sugar, and hints of wood. It all ends dry and somewhat sour. Not the best from Haandbryggeriet, but a nice experiment. BoBoChamp (5755) - Gent, BELGIUM - MAR 28, 2011

Bottle from Bier Koning. Cloudy amber beer. Small pale tan head. Crisp dry palate. Slightly tart fruit tasting vaguely like a cross between cherry, tangerine and a splash of lemon. Nice! It’s backed by a very slightly smoky pale malt. Dry palate, a bit too much so. Would have really preferred an unsmoked pale malt base to let those ’rare’ crowberries shine through! :)
