Bottled. Deep brown colour with mediumsized brown head. Aroma is toffee, malts, slight roast and fruits. Also some mild spicyness. Flavour is leathery, malty, toffeeish and slightly smoked wood also. Quite slimy palate, but otherwise well done brew. Travlr (26069) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 3, 2010
Dark maroon color with a slight edge head, no real lacing to speak of.
Aroma of a chocolate shake with fresh vanilla beans thrown in.
Flavors follows the nose – chocolate milk and vanilla beans.
Posses almost a thickness, so great marks for mouthfeel.
Second best beer of New Year’s Eve 2009, this one is worth looking for.

Opaque black beer, not much head. Crisp palate. Feels like a porter but a particularly lively one! Very fruity and tangy. bodering on sour. Sour malt finish with a hint of cola on the back of the tongue. Nice!
(Bottle 50 cl) Pours an almost opaque, black with an orange hue and a creamy, light brown head. Roasted, lightly vinous aroma with notes of dried fruit. Full body with sweetish, roasted malt, dried fruit and a lightly burned edge. Some vanilla in there too. Quite lovely. 240507
