COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Odins Tipple was meant to be a strong beer, but we changed our minds...its still strong but we wont follow the mega strong trend. It should be possible to make great beer without the extreme alcohol potency. Odins Tipple is now approx 11% abv, it’s a dark almost black beer from lots and lots of chocolate malt. Its the malt that contributes the flavor...no added coffee or anything else, Its got a great body without being old engine oil and still very drinkable due to the wild yeast we use. This beer is made with a single strain of wild yeast and the recipe is dead simple.

BlazerT (1105) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - MAR 14, 2017
Bottle. Sensoric. Vintage 2013. Solid roasted malts aroma - mainly milk chocolate, slightly coffee, lightly smokey, burnt. Moderate to heavy malty aroma, slightly boozy. Moderately to heavy sweet with a nice lightly bitter duration. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. In overall nice, milk-chocolate based imperial stout, decently roasted. It matures for 3 yrs in a bottle, before opening so the booziness described in previous reviews is not so potent. Good for aging.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Paloność i alkohol. Nie moja bajka.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2017 Dark almost black with beige head. Nose with coffee and cocoa bean and some siroup. Taste is alike with brand and beans.... Pumpernickel is also part of it. Palate with some bitterness but sweet is still main direction. Good beer.

Lättsammare än jänkarna men samma procent.

Color negro con capa de espuma marrón de dos dedos de grosor (cremosa y de retención decente). Poca carbonatación. Aroma a malta torrefacta, café y chocolate. Sabor que incluye todo lo anterior, con final amargo y ligeramente alcohólico. Fuerte y buena.
