COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale Ale - is a pale, refreshing and aromatic beer with a fine malt profile from our English special malts. Generous use of fresh hops renders a zesty and delightful hoppy aroma and flavour. To be served at 8-10 degrees C. Bottle conditioned - unfiltered and unpasteurised, no artificial carbonation. (Not to be confused with the stronger Haandbryggeriet India Pale Ale.) lusikka (7813) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 19, 2010
500 ml bottle @ home. Rated @ 16.4.2010.
Pours a hazy orange colour with a foamy white head. Medium hoppy on the nose with citrus and floral hops. The taste is about the same; hops and citrus on balance with nice maltiness. Light bodied, oily/watery texture and medium carbonation. Refreshing but the body could be a bit stronger with a higher abv.

50cl Bottle at UDRBM. Clear orange colour, white head. Aroma is very fruity with passion fruit, light malty, hoppy. Flavour is light sweet, fruity, pine, liquorice root in the earthy bitter hoppy finish. Some other flavours I can’t really pinpoint, but this is very nice stuff. Light to medium bodied.

Mallucci (32) - ITALY - APR 6, 2010
Colore ambrato limpido , schiuma persistente . Molto presente l’odore di luppolo all’olfatto , presente , abbastanza prolungato ma non aggressivo l’amaro lasciato al palato... si sente molto il corpo leggero , infatti i suoi 4,5 % la rendono una birra estremamente beverina...

Geiserich (4521) - Linz, AUSTRIA - MAR 6, 2010
Bottled: Full of aroma hops and citrus notes. Deep orange, hazy color. Foamy head. Flavor is full of citrus hops, notes of grapefruit. Intensive bitterness in the end, very dry bitter finish. Pleasant, intensive hopped Pale ale.
