"labeled Sweet and Sour in the US. Didn’t quite match up to some stiff competition, but not bad either. Definitely as advertised (sweet and sour). Makes you want to get some chinese food :) Comes off a little strange, like the sweet part is forced, though, and a little out of balance in that direction. For the price, likely a one-timer."

Head is initially very small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing.
Body is hazy dark yellow, bottle conditioned.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), with notes of underripe cherry, old oak, sour apple, lemon juice, dry grass/straw, pickle brine / vinegar.
Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately to heavily acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately to heavily acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic.
Not a big fan of this one...some vinegar notes, oak is a little strong, mouthfeel is rather flabby/syrupy. Not bad but not very good either. Just kinda "blah" for a sour ale. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - AUG 30, 2014

Bottle. Pours orange gold. Small whitish head ring. Nose/taste of medicine, sour banana, sour pear, sour apple, cherry vinegar and lots of woody alcohol. Medium body. HoppyBudgie (940) - SOLA, NORWAY - JUL 11, 2014
Hazy orange color, small off-white head. Smell sourness, dusty, cellar and tart. Taste sour, lightly some sour fruits but also a hint of sweet. Not really super balanced but exiting and complex

Dark copper pour with minimal head. Aromas of subtle berries and some vinegar notes. Not as sour as the nose would make you think, in fact it’s a bit too mild. Just not a whole lot going on. Decent but there are far better sours to drink. jayzz (480) - Illinois, USA - JUN 7, 2014
Weirdest tasting sour I’ve ever had. Has a slight vinegar aroma and a smoked sour flavor with a long slight honey flavor. Kosmokrator (849) - ITALY - MAY 30, 2014
Corpo lieve, effervescenza debole, struttura oleoso-vinosa. Buon esercizio di stile! VinegarStroke (452) - Napa, California, USA - MAY 24, 2014
Bottle: hazy, light copper, with little to no head or lace. Funky sour leesy notes caramel toffee. Moderate lift. No animal. Dry moderately sour palate but phenolic. Long. A little broad and not really acid. Malt flavors. A green hop edge.
Disjointed. bottleforager (3211) - Gray, Maine, USA - MAY 17, 2014
Pours a rusty copper color with a finger of gaseous bubbles that settle quickly. Lots of layers of tart fruit; cherry, pineapple, pear, cider vinegar. Nice touch of sweet malt in the background that keeps the acidity in check. Juicy front end and a dry puckering finish !
