0.5l bottle @ Cafe Sara. It wants out of the bottle this! Not gushing, but a few seconds later the table had a good sour aroma. Looks deep and really dark on the glass with a deep brown body and a light islandy medium sized dark beige top. Lots of aroma going on here! It’s super woody, tart and sour fruity. Ripe red currants, red wine, wood and some chocolate wrapper. Really interesting nose on this one. It has a gentle oily mouthfeel and a above average on the carbonation. Lots of tartness on the taste. Definitely woody with sour gooseberries, red currants, vinous wine tones and red wine vinegar. Lots of flavor! 14.10.2013 BlazerT (1087) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - MAY 28, 2016
Bottle. Snifter. Deep brown with small, light brown head Medicore head retention and lacing. Aroma is really complex at first some vinegar and acetic notes, well hidden by tart berries along with some caramel. In the end perfect winey notes broken by oaky character. Taste is moderatly sour with nice malty sweetness in the end, also a touch of bitterness. Medium body, oily and creamy texture, average carbonation, finish is tart and astringent. In overall very interesting and complex wild ale. The sour notes are well balanced by caramel malty profil. Definetely worth trying. chrisv10 (17308) - DENMARK - MAY 9, 2016

Tart berry fruit on the nose offset by brown malty sweetness. Mixed taste of red berries, oak, tart dark fruits and caramel. Slightly vinous impression. Lingering mid-dry ending. Medium bodied. Looks like a 50 cl, though not marked on the label as I could see. Brewed 25.10.11, Bottled 16.06.13, BB 16.06.16.
Black color, small dark brown head. Acidic, acetic acid, some smoke, green (unripe red) currants, glue scent. Acidic, yet sweet, chocolate taste. Acidic, sticky aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness.
Adoro particolarmente questo stile, perchè è davvero unico e inimitabile, e devo ammettere che anche questa surpomp è fatta come si deve, ma secondo gli manca qualcosina. Comunque ottima fonefan (48737) - VestJylland, DENMARK - APR 15, 2015
