500 ml bottle to snifter (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good; a cloudy orange with fizzy eggshell head. Smells like the name suggests with quite a bit of oak; not really balanced though. Strong lactic lemon. Tastes like it smells with a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Quite a bit more lactic on the nose than the tongue; not better or worse, just more intense. Unbalanced and underwhelming.

Hazy golden orange pour with a thin white head .... aroma of tart and sour berries with a white grape and some oak .... taste of sweet and tart malts, berries, and a sourness to it ..... has a little fizzy bitterness ... abv is hidden well ... def has some white wine and oak qualities to it ... decent solid sour

Flaske 0,5l. Gave fra OleR. Tusen takk! Delt med Rune under sesjon i H9 8 Mai 13. Lys aprikosfarget. Uklar. Litt hissig. Middels skum. Nydelig lacing. God syrlig aroma. Stikkelsbær. Smaken er “lett” med et behagelig syrlig preg. Litt sedimenter.

500 ml bottle sampled in 2012. Orange golden body whiteout any head. Aroma is acidic, vinegar and hint of acetone. Flavor is actually sweet and sour, fruity, not much malt, not really bitter but very tart and almost harsh. Fine body and intense acidic aftertaste. This one is actually a bit too rough and unbalanced for me and normally I don’t have any problems with sour beers. Maybe need to try another bottle.

Bottle @ yespr. Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Has a fruity malty woody sour citric aroma. Fruity sour tart woody citric flavor. Has a fruity sour woody citric finish.

Bottle, bought @ Nordisk Ølhandel, Cph. Pours clear orange with a medium, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma has light red berries, funk, mild butterscotch. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has good funk, tart, lots of oak, still some butterscotch, funk, dry citrus zest. Nice.
