English: This beer has a very complex, yet light taste. For a bock this beer combines maltiness with the fruity clove-like taste of weizen yeast for a great taste experience. The beer is suitable for long-term storage and improves with age. Can be enjoyed at any season, also as a Christmas beer. (Translated from the Norwegian.)

An unclear brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also with lighter notes of wheat and banana - and so is the flavor.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear mahogany with a creamy, beige head. A bit too heavily carbonated. Fruity, fat aroma with bananas coming through. Lovely full body with lots of caramel and fruit. Very subdued bitterness. Lovely - and another promising beer from Haandbryggeriet. 220506

Dark brown color; huge head, just foam. Very malty, both the aroma and taste, a lot of caramel, very sweet, but also some off-flavors due to the over fermentation. Uncontrolled.
