Pours a clear yellow colour with a white head. Aroma of grassy hops, caramel and hay. Flavour of crispy grassy hops, sweet malts, hay and grains. Highly drinkable. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel and a bitter, sweet, grainy finish. Nice pils.
Swing top 50cl bottle. Pours a golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of bready yeast. Flavours of bready yeast, caramel, alcohol and some grassy hops at the back. Mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. BeerBaboon (2127) - FINLAND - DEC 4, 2011
Pale golden colour and plenty of white head. Malty, hoppy and bitter. Another pretty ordinary but decent German beer, inbirraveritas (1612) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 16, 2011
Fliptop bottle from Sürspecialista, Bp.
Clear golden brew with a broad pored and medium sized white head on its top.
Biscuit malt based aroma with dough and mild hay/grass escorted by some cardboard, texture’s slick.
It finishes sharp, medium dry and gently sweetbitter with spices and citrusses.
Overall rather a mild one and it’s a pity for that off-flavour... ClubGonzo (5685) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 25, 2011
Bottle, sampled leftovers from the bottle shared between RuneStumo and Palme @ Schouskjelleren, Oslo. :-) Deep clear light-hued golden body, medium white head. Nose is grains, pale malts and hints of dry hops. Taste is dry noble hop notes, pale malts and hints of wet cardboard. OK, but no-one is going to convince me on the greatness of German pilseners, it seems. At least not this one.

14.10.2011. 0,5l Swing top bottle. Shared with Palme at Schouskjelleren, Oslo. Pale yellow colour with white head. Aroma is mild malty with some kind og grainy flavours. Dry hopping with notes og grain and hay. Palme (4823) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 17, 2011
0.5l bottle shared with RuneStumo @ Schoukjelleren, Oslo. This is a nearIclear pale golden beer with a big and heavy lacing light fluffy just off-white head. Aroma has pale malts, some deep sourish-undertones, hins of both cactus and yeast. Soft carbonation level with a mild oily mouthfeel. Flavors are light grainy and malt-sweetish. Mild and gentle, not horrible at all. Ends oily and quite quick with some cardboard-like tones in the aftertaste. A bit boring, but drinkable. ganache (6057) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 17, 2011
Swing-top. Sweet lemony citrus aroma with light hoppy dust and rich golden malt shining out. Golden pour with a rocky, creamy beige head. Taste is bitter and dry, well-attenuated and clean with a rich malt taste under the Pilsherbe. Just a touch of spice and has a large Helles component, which wouldn’t be bad to taste in more Pilsner. Medium body, smooth with very low crispness, a gentle joy to drink and a very good, balanced mild Pils. flying_pig (1647) - SCOTLAND - AUG 26, 2011
Not a strong smelling as others I have tried. There is some nice grassy hops & a nice herbal aroma too it. There is some background grain notes although nothing off putting.

Bright golden, clear with a large, two-finger sized bubbly white head. Fadess pretty fast though.
Good mix of corn, grain & grassy hops giving it a sweet taste overall that is very appealing & goes down great. Simple but effective.
A very smooth beer with good carbonation & a nice crisp, refreshing finish. A very nice beer on the palate from this light to medium bodied beer.
A wonderful example of a good, very well balanced pilsener. The aroma was a little light on the nose but other than that this one is an almost perfect example of the style that is very drinkable & would be a great session beer.
