Bottle, orangish tint to the color like a hefe should. Smells very pleasent with overtones of spicy citrus, Good hefewiezen but not the best. Very drinkable.

(Rating #150)

Bottled. Orangey brown beer with a strong head. The aroma is fruity, bitter and citric with a mulled like feel, and the flavour is generally dry, slightly fruity with a slight finish of banana. Overall a plainish beer.

From a 12oz bottle. This is a nice beer. Big frothy head. Body is cloudy but bright gold. Foam is persistent and leaves heavy lacing. Nose is spicy. Smells of wheat, with citrus and banana undertones. Taste is lighter than anticipated. Bitter aftertaste lingers on back of tongue. Strong spice/hops flavors, nice bright malt tast down the middle of tongue. Hint of cloves. Is light bodied for sure. Fizzy and slightly bitter. Very good brew although probably better suited for summer than autumn. I was really wanting a good German weisse and this certainly hit the spot.

Bottled:
Sourly aroma with lemon note. Hazy orange color, light astringent finish. Flavor is spicy, sourly, light clove note. Pleasant drinkable but nothing special.

Cloudy orage with a dense head. Aromas are banana and spices with lemon - sweet, but not too sweet. Flavours are sweet wheat and vanilla with citrus notes. Pretty creamy yet quite dry and refreshing. Everything a Weisse should be.

Nice and cloudy. Big puffy cream colored head. Seems to have more flavor than other German hefes. Fruit and slight citrus flavor. A tad thin & watery at times; neverltheless, a better than avg. hefe that I’d drink again.

Pours hazy yellow with abundant carbonation and a persistent fluffy white head. Slightly sweet aroma with malt, vanilla, banana and a bit of spice. Mild on the palate with a soft, crisp finish. Delicately balanced with no emphasis on any one of the elements. My favorite of the Munich Hefeweizens.

Cloudy dark gold, huge fluffy white head. Very nice nose on this with hints of spicy coriander, lemon snaps, bubblegum, and white bread, with lesser tones of banana, wheat and grass. Flavor was just as nice with spicy wheaty tones up front, and a light tangy German hoppiness rounding this out. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry, spritzy finish. A perfect summer thirst quencher....

The beer poured with a huge, frothy head. The aroma is fruity, and the beer brings a very refreshing taste, with the typical sour aftertaste.
