UPDATED: JUL 21, 2003 One of the top three beers I ever had. It tastes like wheat wafers with some lemon. I could eat this stuff. Wonderfull. German wheat and hell German beer period IS Hacker-Pschorr themightyomega (92) - New York, USA - JAN 21, 2007
Bottle. Pours orange, white head. Aroma of banana, orange, whiffs of spice, smells like some marvelously decadent pastry. And the taste? The best hefe I’ve had yet, creamy smooth, just the right balance between sweet and tart, no hint of bitterness, oranges, banana, yeast, even my friend S who usually likes his beers as bitter as a thrice-jilted lover, pronounced this one "quality". milwaukeebeer (53) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 23, 2008
Does not get better than this. Fantastic banana and bubble gum aroma. Orange color is beautiful to gaze at. Pours like no other. Wonderful head and lacing that never ends. Bananas, oranges, hops greet the palate. Silky smooth finish. Aftertaste is yet to be matched. Kudos. This is the world champion imho. pxlmusic (3) - marietta, Georgia, USA - MAY 19, 2009 does not count
My favorite beer, hands down. Beautiful coloring with a remarkable flavor. drougkolya (276) - Otterburn Park, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 28, 2010
I’m still new to the tasting lingo.
Il faut rouler la bière sur la table pour bien mélanger la levure. Bon goût...c’est ma blanche favorite!

I had this at Global Brew. Pours a hazy gold with a thick white head. Taste banana and clove. I loved this. I would definitely drink this again.

This is my favorite German beer. Its smooth, very, very smooth. Tastes of a grand mix of wheat and fruitiness. Its delicious year round. Cheers!
