Light golden colour with a very thin white head. Aroma is like sugar and citrus. Flavor is very watery, with some citrus. Very thin palate. Boring beer.

Bottle. Pours a very clear pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is of lemonade and thats is. Flavor is very sweet with the a lemonade flavoring taste, not real lemonade. The body is very light and bubly. Overall a horrible beer!

50cl swingtop bottle. 59 cents at the fancy crocery store next to Munich Central. This is actually the first bottle of beer that I’ve bought in a week of being in Munich. I just had to see what all the fuss was about. So we have a half helles, half lemonade mixture. The color is pales than the helles, with a predictably large-bubbled and poorly retained head (that mix is a serious dilution of foam-positive compounds). The aroma is like lemonade and a whiff of crackery malt. Relatively pleasing actually. The flavor is light-to-medium in sweetness and has an interesting play of bitterness and acidity in the finish. Medium bodied and spritzy. Kind of an odd flavor in the finish with lingering bitterness that seems a little out of place. This destracts slightly but is not a big issue. I guess maybe I just can’t decide if I’m drinking lemonade of beer. Not something I would get often, but I can see trying some other ones to see what the spectrum is. I don’t know what people are holding this to when they judge it, but it really isn’t that bad at all.

This beer is less like a lemonade than most German radlers and more like a bit of squeezed lemon in a beer, kinda like a corona but worse. Very far from tasty.

Bottle, thx to Maria. A clear yellowish pale golden beer topped by a minimal white head. Pale malty and lemon in the aroma, feeling quite sugary. Lemony and sweet flavor that dries up after a little while. Some hints of bitterness in the end. Thin body. A refreshing one, with some balanced between beer and lemonade, still not very interesting. 100213

Bottle, 2.5%. Candylike aroma, teaish like some sort of bonbon. Clear very pale yellow colour. Big stable chalk white head. The flavour is very dry for a Radler. Has the same tea bonbon notes as the aroma. Drinkable.

It’s light golden with a small, creamy head. The aroma has in the beginning hints of artificial sweetener, but then I also find citrus and malt, it’s a very light aroma. The flavour is moderately sweet with subdued notes of citrus and malt, making it very quenching and easy to drink. Far better than the average radler.
