COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the beer that they serve at The Oktoberfest. Sold in the US as "Superior Festbier"

JaKeAFC (1266) - ITALY - SEP 25, 2016
On tap at sebar. Golden color white head. Aroma of syrupy malts and alcohol, oily texture and chemical aftertaste. Fueled up unrefined lager. Alcoholic feel and very disappointing.

2.4
hauxe (903) - Butzbach, Hesse, GERMANY - SEP 23, 2016
Pours amber in color from the bottle. The foamy head soon subsides. Aroma is musty, fermented apples, and buttery. Taste has a honey sweetness with a spoiled bitter undertone. Very much in the style of a Kellerbier. One is enough.

3.3
fdomig (1028) - München, GERMANY - SEP 22, 2016
1000kl on tap at Käfer Wiesenschenke, Oktoberfest 2016. Aroma is light malt, light bread. Appearance is clear golden with a white head. Taste is light to medium sweet and very light bitter. A medium carbonation. Good.

Draft. Lightly buttery barley malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow with large head. Moderately sweet barley malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Smooth - this was my 4th liter of beer during Oktoberfest so some of the subtle nuances may have escaped me.

3.3
chinchill (5230) - South Carolina, USA - AUG 23, 2016
From a bottle. Deep dark amber body with a good head. Malt dominated and aroma and flavor, but with more hops appearing in the mildly bitter flavor. Medium body and carbonation.
