This is the beer that they serve at The Oktoberfest. Sold in the US as "Superior Festbier"

500ml Swing top bottle. Pale straw color. Malty grain like nose. Lite malt sweetness, with medium bitterness. Clean and easy to drink, with a good palate. Tastes good cold.

How very euro lager of you. Heavily malted, grassy and sharp, lemon, acidic, gassy. This doesn’t lack in flavour. It’s quite enjoyable. I’ll tell you what’s not enjoyable - watching the edmonton oilers. They really suck assholes.

Aroma is carbonation, yeast and pale malts. Light biscuit notes aswell. Taste is very light malts with a fairly light bitterness that leaves slight tartiness. Appearance is a clear pale straw hue with a thick fluffy pearl head that retains fairly well.

Pours a very clear pale yellow with a moderate sized long lasting white head. Aroma is grainy, bready, and noble hops. Flavour is grainy, crisp, noble hops, mild bitterness, grassy and faint fruity esters.

This is the Festbier limited addition swing top bottle. A nice sweet, bready brew with a noble hop flavour. It’s a 6% beer but you’d never know it.

Bottle. ’Festbier’ Limited Edition with swingtop cap. Pours a light orange yellow color with a quickly diminishing head. Flavor profile is light straw and a bit of breadiness, just a little in the way of sweetness from the malts. Body is light, carbonation is medium. Hop finish is clean and grass like, slightly metallic from the Hallertau. It’s too bad this is like $5 per bottle, I could easily drink this in large quantities. Overall solid.

Bottle, shared with my wife over smokey ham and white bean soup. Medium gold with an airy, bubbly white head that retains beautifully. Crisp, with grains and fresh hay and fruity nuances. Ends with a bitter note. We both liked it.

Pours a nice clean clear dark brown color with a large, frothy even creamy white head. Aroma is malty, grain, toasted, somewhat herbal. More on the sweet and not too bitter with a very slight bite. Enjoyable easy drinker.

Draught at Oktoberfest, Munich. Dark golden, clear body, with a big, creamy, white head. Aroma and taste of grains, grass, honey, bread, some herbs. Mouthfeel is light, slick, with a lively carbonation and it finishes medium bitter, with grass, herbs and honey. OK. Slightly above average Märzen beer, nothing special, quite fresh and crisp.
