UPDATED: SEP 11, 2014 Sweet roasty aroma. Clear amber color that pours a great, but quickly dissipating head. Sweet flavors of malt, light hints of fruit, and perfect hop balance. not bad
On tap. Pours a clear gold with a medium, creamy off-white head that leaves plenty of lace. Mild aroma of toasted malt, grain, caramel and a hit of citrus. Sweet flavour of toasted malt, biscuit, caramel, honey and lemon with a dry, mild, bitter grass finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Clean and easy drinking. panda_brewmaster (48) - Bournemouth, Dorset, ENGLAND - NOV 7, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 7, 2017 Weak crystal malt aroma. Very well balanced bitter and sweet with a hint of caramel. Quite neutral taste overall. Also quite sessionable considering it's 5.8 abv. ALIBALI (2502) - Kiel, GERMANY - NOV 7, 2017

a wonderful O'Fest beer. Want to know what an Oktoberfest beer is to taste like????
Drink one of these, I dare you. You wont be able to stop.
There is considerable malt in this one, more than others I have tried, but it is VERY good.

Keg at RS HW, 27/10/17.
Clear golden copper with a decent off white head.
Nose is bready malts, light citric peel, straw, toasted bread, caramel.
Taste comprises caramel, fruit slice, straw, toffee, biscuit, dried fruits, light brown sugar dusting.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close
OK for style but expected more from an old skool top 50 for style ... a little thin and lacking in depth.

Very nice caramel/scotch colour. Clear. Moderately sized head. Aroma is malt. Taste is more malt with a slightly woody character. Larry_Duffman (600) - - OCT 22, 2017
I had it from the bottle. The aroma is caramel and roasted malt. The taste is caramel, roasty, and earthy hops. It's pretty rich and smooth. This is flavorful and stands out a bit in a crowded style. einherjar (467) - Rijeka, CROATIA - OCT 22, 2017
On tap. Red amber color with small white head. Aroma malt, caramel. Taste medium sweet, malt, roasted malt, caramel, medium body, bitter-sweet finish. Although it's not my favourite beer style, this one is very good, much better then other I drank. biir (1604) - Berlin, - OCT 19, 2017

Bavarian barley slow roasted, caramelized to a rich, red amber color combined with the purest spring waters from the Alps, exclusive yeast and the finest Hallertau hops. Great German Octoberfest beer!
