Pours clear orange with very little head. Flavor is roasted malts, caramel and possibly apples. Might be some other fruits as well. Overall nothing special, decent beer and is quite drinkable.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is clear gold-orange with fair sparkle, 1/2-finger width fizzy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is sweet caramel and bready malts with earthy Hallertau hops, cardboard. Taste is caramel/bready malts with light fruit, lightly bitter earthy hops. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with slick texture, average-to-lively carbonation and more sweet than bitter dry finish. Overall, good representative of the style.

On tap @Medina Škrinja, Varaždin. Clear golden pour, slight reddish hue. One finger creamy white head, relatively low retention. Nose filled with grains, quite grassy and herbal. Hints of caramel. Medium body, soft to medium carbonation. Smooth palate, soft texture. Mildly bittersweet taste, well balanced and nicely refreshing. Aroma similar to nose, strong grainy character, lots of herbal and grassy notes. Dusty mouthfeel, mild peppery. Some hops in the background. Medium finish, mildly bitter. Overall, good beer. Nothing exceptional but well balanced and refreshing. Good thirst quencher.

This was a surprising curveball for an Oktoberfest. I enjoyed the taste, the finish, and the aroma. I would absolutely drink it again ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Merchants. Aroma is fruity, floral, caramel, grain, earthy hop, nice. Appearance is amber, light tan head, clear. Taste is floral, fruity, cereal grain, wheat, earthy hop, very very good. Mouthfeel is light body, light crisp carbonation, floral grainy aftertaste. Overall, I really enjoy this one. It differentiates itself from the others while maintaining that Oktoberfest flavor. Prost!
