COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A previous Hacker-Pschorr beer to carry the name Superior was a 7.0% Bock.

50cl bottle from Tengelmann in Munich. Pours a crystal clear golden colored body with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is sweet, bready malts with some caramel, a few fruits, and a touch of hop. Flavor is similar. Slightly sweet, bready malts with some caramel, a light hopping throughout, and traces of fruit. Finishes clean and very lightly bitter with a bit of a sweetness. Medium length aftertaste following a smooth, medium body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent Märzen. Clean, easy drinking, and enjoyable enough. Not bad.

Clear golden beer with very short and small white head, smell is grass, taste is also grass, light malty, light herbs, short finish, average carbonation, I don’t feel the alcohol, (I have 0.5l bottle with best-before 07.2018 and batch L29873N)

500 ml bottle. Pours clear dark golden with small head. Malts, hay, bread, citrus. Balanced taste, malty sweetness in the beginning with a nice bitter dryish finish. Soft carbonated, medium bodied. Crisp for a Märzen. Süffig. Easy to drink compared to the 6% alcohol. Nice Märzen overall.

Bottle. Yellowy Gold. Very malty festbier. Caramelly biscuity buttery malts. Yeasty? Sweet with a pronounced dry hoppy bitter edge. Malty dry bitter finish. Easy drinking for its ABV. (2008)

Ausgewogen.

Klares goldgelb mit durchschnittlicher Schaumkrone. Malzig, Karamell, Honignoten, etwas Stroh, würzig, süffig.

zenkis (882) - Ogre, LATVIA - NOV 19, 2016
Pours crystal clear, really nice golden, white top, medium siye and vanish-speed. Aroma of clean malt sweetness with some hints of toasty, cant say that its bready. Taste is medium+ sweet with in to light bitter. Not much hops flavor, just complementary bitterness. Nice, clean, drinkable. 6% I notice only on the label.
