Ratebeer Odense Summer Gathering 2015. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Weak citrus and pineapple hoppy aroma. Sweet grainy and fruity flavour

Bottle @ Odense Summer Gathering, 2015. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Grass, grain, citrus and corn. Bitter finish. Disappointing.

overal a very drinkable, good IPA. cloudy appearance with what appeared to be chunks of hops. nice citrus bite to it. liked it, but the chunks brought this one down in appearance and palate

mateuszk (2753) - Poznań, POLAND - JUL 7, 2015
Golden in colour, minimal head. In aroma and taste hoppy, grapefruit and citrus notes. Low body, crisp, meidum grapefruit bitter finish. Nice beer.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2016 3.7.15:nice IPA. Needs some imagination, though, to let the usual tropical/citrus/pine aromas display their blueberry components; taste has some toasted grain quality to it, seems to be quite typical for what the Comet hops does in the secondary. 12.5.16: kindly shared by Andrea, thanks a lot. Imho Hallertauer Comet hops has a dank quality to it that really morphs into fresh blueberry fruits and brush and as such is one of the most interesting new hops from Germany. In this case, the nose is displaying that love-at-second-sight aromas in an intense and well done way. Underneath, there is some orange-marmelade stickiness of nearly a dipa quality that - for me - spoils the fun a bit. Taste brings more Comet dankness in this well-done, layered way, also backed up by a huge sticky orange marmelade sweetness. On the one hand, it is astonishing that the brewmaster could get all those aromas out of Saphir, Taurus and Comet, on the other hand, it’s a bit too much of everything, almost like two beers in one.

330ml bottle poured into La Chouffe tulip. A: Golden, no head, minimal lacing, lots of floaters. S: Grapefruit and citrus hops. T: Followed the nose and added a hint of cork, sharp hit of booze at the finish. M: Slightly thick texture, minimal carbonation, went down pretty well. O: A typical American IPA, pleasant and balanced.

Amber clear color. Hoppy and malty smell. The taste is insanely sweet and boozy. Round hoppy bitter and tart, but a little too heavy on the sweet boozy side. Dry sweetish aftertaste.

Orange color with white head.Caramel, piney hops (or is it just from the bittersweetness?), grapefruits, sweet tangerines. Nice punchy caramel body, bitter warming finish. Quite heavy. Soft carbonation. Not bad!

Aniela (4216) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 8, 2015
From my backlogg: Bottle from Ambrosetti, Berlin. Clear golden beer with an offwhite head. Hoppy citrus fruity caramell aroma. Fruity, hoppy caramell flavour.

Russo (2011) - Hemhofen, GERMANY - JUN 7, 2015
Hazy golden color with a nice fluffy head. Aroma is floral hoppy and citrus. Flavor is quite like aroma with some sweetness. Light carbonation with a light to medium body and hoppy citrus finish.
