McTapps (6941) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - SEP 2, 2016
The beer has got a hazy strawy colour with a small head and medium body. Aroma of straw and bread. Taste of hops, straw, citrus and grains.

Mister_Li (1486) - GERMANY - SEP 16, 2015

Ibrew2or3 (8748) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - MAY 10, 2014
33cl bottle (labelled Narrenbier) pours with a gold colored body that has a hint of haze and supports a thin white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up some tart and sweet candy lemon and green apple fruit and a faint doughy note. As it warms the aroma builds a flowery floral hoppiness. The taste is similar starting with soft sugar sweetened lemon, pear and green apple as well as mild malt to grainy maltiness. To midway mild hop bitterness surfaces to help bring this to the finish and it gets more and more floral hop like as it warms. It seems this tries to become too sweet but the tart fruit notes and mild hop bitterness somehow prevent that from happening. Not bad.

Geruch malzig, hopfig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig grasig, malzig, leicht würzig.

hobsch (505) - Cologne, GERMANY - FEB 27, 2014
Bottle 0.33l. Pours clear golden with large white head. Aroma has grains, hops, slightly sour and metallic. Taste is medium bitter, light sweet, good hop flavour, some maltiness. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Light bodied, balanced session beer. Goes down pretty easy. Good.

pivnizub (10730) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - FEB 24, 2014
Tap: Golden, a bit unclear, medium-sized loose white head, mild hoppy nose, some grains, some grass and some yeast detectable in the background; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied; delicate hoppy and yeasty-grainy finish. O.K., an simple thirst-quencher...

Bottle: Golden, hazy, small foamy layer; woody-hoppy nose backed by sweet malt; moderate bitter-sweetflavour, soft and almost medium bodied; spicy hoppy finish, backed by a certain amount of sweet pale malt. Another great by from Häffner....

Koelschtrinker (20782) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - FEB 23, 2014
Hell herber und frischer Hopfenantrunk. Spritzig, leicht hellmalzig, grasig. Gut. 11/11/12/11//11
Earlier Rating: 3/28/2012 Total Score: 3.6
Grasiger, weich ausgleitender Abgang. Feines Bier! 9/12/12/11/11/12

(bottle) pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of hay, gletschereis and yeast, with a hint of herbal hops and some cardboard. flavour is mostly the same, straw, herbal hops and black pepper, with a light hint of alcohol and some more cardboard in the dry finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Erzengel (9083) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - DEC 25, 2013

Bottle. Very nice head. Not too strong aroma of pale, slightly bready malt, a bit yeasty-doughy, with notes of hay and lemony hops. Moderately dry body, malty, slightly sweetish taste, topped off with a rather strong, pleasant bitterness. Would be even better if the carbonation wasn’t so biting.
