COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This huge double IPA is finely balanced with caramel 60 and wheat malt, then massive amounts of centenial, cascade, and falconers flight hops produce a citrusy hop juice character. Like the dominatrix, she will reel you in with her sweet beauty then whip you into a hoppy submission!

Pours a clear golden with an average white head. The aroma is robust, being big on both pine and mango, with solid impressions of caramel, grapefruit, and resin. Slight alcohol as well. The taste is moderately sweet though its a little lacking in bitterness. Lots of caramel and mango flavors, some resin and herbal hops, and minor grapefruit and alcohol. The alcohol taste is more at the end, with that and some sweet caramel and pine making up the finish. Medium to full in body and with a thick, sticky texture. Something this strong is usually much more sweet and/or boozy. This one manages to avoid that.

Taste is citraluscious, dank, and heavy hops. It’s an 11abv and tastes like an 11abv. I Say Whip It Whip it Good The Dominatrix Sleeps Tonight

Tasted from a bomber. It poured a cloudy copper hue with a quickly disapating head, leaving heavy rings of lacing. Hoppy tangerine aroma with a hop forward bit’o honey taste. This Dominatrix approached with hint of sweetness, but followed quickly with a whole lotta 11% for the ass.

650ml bottle from Beer Bazaar in Hainesville. Cellared 2 months and shared with Ky. Pine, some citrus. A bit over dry hopped, giving it too much alcohol presence for the base brew, but also rides on a solid malt base. Got some pineapple part way down through the glass as well. This is actually quite well blended between the hops and sweet malts. There is a solid older-style IPA under the massive late dry hopping. 13.8

22 oz bottle from Binny?s by Clybourn shared with drsordr and the group. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have big resiny, herbal, grassy hops, hints of fruit, sweet malts, floral, nice character.
