Pour a slightly murky dark reddish brown, with no head at all.
Aroma has tons of vanilla, dark fruits, slight marzipan, slight wood, leather, slight booze, boozy raisins.
Taste is pretty sweet, with faint bitter notes.
Semi full, slick and rather oily body, with as good as no carbonation. I rather like this dysenteri (325) - Gothenburg, SWEDEN - OCT 8, 2016

Bottle. Deep mahogany / brown pour with very minor head. Ungodly aroma - dark fruit, wood, bourbon, vanilla. Similar taste. Could use a little more carb. This is great. luttonm (6634) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 13, 2016
Hair of the Dog, Portland. 2014 vintage bottle at the brewery, tasted side by side with the 2015 rye barrel Adam. Great sweet bourbon and vanilla aroma. Alc, syrup, maple. Vanilla extract. Warmer fruit, wood, oil, bright bourbon. Rich, clean. Tiramisu. Lighter weight. Rich, aromatic. Tons of bright bourbon.
