Oh my this is good. Buttery Smooth. Hoppy, but not overwhelming. Medium body. Tasted at brewery.

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy blond color. A beer rooted in the quality of the malt, and ethereal for its freshness; delicate hops, the mouthfeel has a gentle sweetness, the final is bitter and long.
Excellent.

Strong aroma is malty and yeasty with a pleasant fruity overtone. It pours a typical, but still attractive, clear amber with an OK white head that leaves a little lacing. Fortunately, appearance is this beer’s weakest point. Mouth-filling flavor has a firm malty core with fruity and grassy tones and hints of hops and - is that caramel? Yes, definitely caramel. Texture is smooth as silk, yet lively and fizzy, leaving a sweet, malty, fizzy and slightly tinny finish. Look for it, or trade for it!

This is a unique incredible pale ale. Ruth balances hops and malts together but there is a strong coriander/mandarin flavor tied to the special hops. Not too hoppy to be an IPA but it pushes the envelope beyond Pale Ales

On tap to a 3oz taster Cloudy yellowish orange with minimal head. Sour citrus and hoppy aroma with a touch of banana. Starts very hoppy and they last and last. A refreshing pale ale.

Hazy straw color with a clean white foam. The nose is quiet with a mix of summer flower honey and a nice herbal hoppiness. Touch of light honey maltiness on the tongue that finishes with apricot/mandarin. The not-exactly-dry body combined with the perfect level of gazeification (low) makes it a wonderful thirst quencher!

22oz bottle pours a pale golden color without much head. Full hop flavors without anything too intense. So well balanced. My favorite APA.

I really enjoyed this. Hoppy aroma with subtleness. Unfiltered golden color or maybe it was just a little hazy. Good white head. Full body without being heavy or bloating. Most of their beers have a creamy smooth texture. Great blend of flavors with grapefruit and other citrus hops. Strong pilsner background with some grainy notes. Really good.

3 oz pour into a stemmed tasting glass from tap at the brewery in Portland. Orange and hazy with a big white head and lots of lacing. Nose is really clean and crisp hay/grass. Medium body, creamy, on the crisper side. Taste is light but very flavorful. Orange. The pils malts provide a nice backbone. Biscuity finish. Great pale ale.
