On tap at BeerFes Osaka 2017. Nose of pils malt, lightly grassy and lemony hops. Gentle grainy flavor, slightly toasted pale melt, easy and smooth citrus. Mild stuff, very delicate flavors. hman43 (1586) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - JUL 1, 2017
Got this in Hakone. It pours golden with a white head. It has a grainy aroma with slight herbal elements. It is grainy sweet with a bit of bread. Light herbal hops. Moderately bitter aftertaste. willisread (3342) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 26, 2016
Can from Odawara. Drank from the can. Bready grain with a bit of sweetness on the palate. Good carbonation and well-balanced, but the hops seemed a tad muted. Finish has some light bitterness. KansaiBeerLvrs (5152) - Kyoto, JAPAN - DEC 27, 2013
On tap at the brewery’s cafe in Kazamatsuri. Part of the 800 yen tasting set. 5.5% A clear straw gold with a foamy white head, the nose reminds me a bit of that maltiness of a Bud but cleaner with a bit of a floral hoppiness to it. The taste is quite full bodied for a pils, malty with a crisp dry hop finish. That earthy malt flavor isn’t my bag but it’s quickly replaced with a clean bitterness & a sweet aftertaste. Tasty. biirusaikou (2705) - - JUL 21, 2013
Large creamy head, golden amber body. Little bready nose. Caramel candy flavor, then light mix of sweetness/spicyness. Quite pleasant little pils for the summer.

Tap at the fish market. Golden clear, white bubbly head. Aroma is slightly creamy, grainy, slight malt sweetness. Taste is floury, slight fruity sweetness, touch of caramel. Slight bitterness. Ok. Not exciting, but nothing wrong with it.

Well made pils. Reasonably bitter - but not too grassy. An emphasis on full bodied drinkability. Decent carbonation with a nice, medium contential hop finish. EdKing (2586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 30, 2011
UPDATED: OCT 19, 2012 On tap at Hakone Brewery cafe/shop. Clear amber lager with a thin white head. Nose is barley grain malt, cereal, touch of lactic in their too. Taste is dry grassy, straw. Good flavoursome pilsener. Took a can/bottle from the brewery and it had a very distinctive saison farmyard yeast aroma and taste. This yeast seems to become too distinctive and strong when canned. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 16, 2010
Bottle. Clear golden, small white head. Predominantly malty nose. Flavours display corn notes and are quite sweet. Good body, though. A boring lager that does the brewery no good in my eyes. fonefan (49293) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JAN 31, 2010
