On tap. Pours a nice white straw gradually turning to golden straw with thick white head, really cool appearance. Smells of bread and citrus. Tastes of bread and honey, a hair sour after sitting. Little flavor, little aftertaste, but overall enjoyable.

On nitro tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Sweet grain and a touch of toast on the nose, milk sweet. Medium bodied, soft and sweet, grainy with a light creamy note. Grain into the finish, crisp, almost a grapenut quality. Gets a touch fruity into the finish, raisins and dried apricots.

Tap at the brewpub. Pour sight glad with a white head. Aroma is lightly bready malt. Med body or so. Flavor is bready, possibly with a hint of citrus. Rather bland, lightly bitter, but an easy drink for lunch.

On tap at Parilla Grill. Looks like nitro without being on nitro. Velvety smooth and creamy, then goes down hill from there. Faint grainy aroma, taste is crackers and white bread. Nice mouth feel and texture to go with the look, but kind of bland overall.

[3/3/15] Draught at Hales Ales Brewery & Pub in Seattle. Clear pale golden. Grainy aroma with a bit of corn. Sweetish flavor, grainy, a bit corny, with a faint fruity hint and a slightly bitterish finish. Quite light-bodied.

Tap, brewery. Pours a clear pale straw yellow body with a creamy white nitro head that had long retention. The nose is nicely bready with some light fruitiness and maybe a touch of corn. The flavor is light and bready as expected, no corn or off notes at all. Light floral hops on the back end. Nice creamy mouthfeel with a touch of light fizz. Really nice Cream Ale, I love the nitro serving method for this beer.

5oz at brewpub. Beautiful nitro head from the nitro tap. Clear macro yellow color. The nitro head sticks to me lip. Really need to work past it to figure out what the beer tastes like. Very corny, macro tasting. Tastes like minerals and not malts (rice or corn or whatever). Long cheap malt liquor aftertaste. Sticky flavors won’t leave my palate. Really good for blending with the BA lmpy Stout.

On nitro at ABV Pub in Hillsboro, OR. Faint aroma of grass. Creamy head with huge amounts of lacing. Taste is subdued, grass, just a hint of something resembling a German hefeweisen, but only a hint. Easy to drink but too easy, really. Not my beer.

Nitro tap. Cloudy gold with thick white head. Smells of hay. Tastes of cream and faint grass with a mildly sweet faint hop spice finish. Mouthfeel is smooth and thin without being watery.
