355ml can [4.7% abv]. A canned Weizen - dear me! Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, rapidly fading, minimally lacing, white head. Adequate, sweet-ish, wheaty and fruity Hefeweizen aroma, notes of banana, dried banana, some pear, hints of banana leaves, a touch of clove, floral yeasty overtones. Taste is moderately sweet wheaty, fruity, notes of pear juice, banana, dried banana, hints of banana leaves; minimally watery interludes, soft to flat carbonation.

Rating #1995 2015.09.27 #CraftTakesSeattle Day 4, Beer 97 – Draught at taproom/brewpub.Pours a clear golden yellow with a cloudy haze. Bubbly white head dissipates quickly. Decent banana whiff. Taste is well balanced, sweet fruits, apple/pear, mild spiciness, and a hefty yeasty kick.

Can in Seattle. Pale weiss. Grain, clove, rusty wheat and grain. Modest esters all told, a bit drier. Weak body, a little sweet. A little better than I was expecting.

Hazy yellow with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a light sweetness and some floral notes. The balance is good though. It stays quite fresh on the palate.

light banana and clove notes on the nose and palate. Classic flavors, but drinks a little watery for the style. Just OK overall.
