Nice dry and peasant IPA, citrus nose, medium bitterness. A very solid and easy drinking brew. Better than daisy cutte.r alexsdad06 (11223) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - DEC 23, 2012
Sample from growler at RBWG ’11. Pours a hazy copper color with a small off white head. The aroma has citrus, caramel and toasted bread. The flavor is citrus, light herbal, caramel, toasted bread. Pretty decent for a light beer. DocLock (11189) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 14, 2012
Draft at Blue Dog. Pours semi-hazy medium copper with white head. Nose is pale malt, hops, citrus. Tastes citric, with pale malt, some apricotty fruitiness, and finishing hops. Not nearly as much of a hop bomb as the daisy cutter, but a solid APA. Frank (4258) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 14, 2012
Cloudy orange. Medium white head. Big hops in the nose, loads of pine and herbs. Nice nose but the flavor is a little dry and grassy for my taste. Light and drinkable but not completely my style. alobar (3967) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 3, 2012
Pours an orange-yellow color with a white head. Aroma of flowers, citrus, and hops. Lots of hop flavor with citrus upfront. Really nice beer!

Hops really come through on this one. Bright citrus notes fade to a dry mouth feel. Crisp and refreshing without being too light. dcschiller (2211) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - FEB 3, 2012
(growler sent for RBWG by jcnd9803). Pours a hazy copper color with off-white head. Plenty of citrus here to go with a nice malt backbone. Pretty tasty beer and a pleasure to share this at a great event. Newk (299) - - JAN 8, 2012
poured from growler into a pint glass. Pours a nice dark orange color with a good head.
very nice hop aromas along with citrus and a touch of florals. Very good depth as well
Medium bodied with a real smooth feel and flavors of hops, spices, and some citrus.
This is lacking a slight bit in the flavors. it’s also very similar to daisy cutter, but a bit lighter. Sadly, it’s not as good as daisy cutter, but still a very nice beer holdenn (2127) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 2, 2012
Growler pour. Pours a cloudy orange with a thin white head. Floral earthy and grapefruit aroma - stronger on the floral/earthy notes than anything else. Crisp hops minty and dry. Bitter crisp and really nice. Those citra hops are awesome. andyhwcinc (1886) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 31, 2011
Purchased from Half Acre in growler form, enjoyed on New Years Eve at home. Appearance is a cloudy gold, slightly dark, with a rich white head that laces to the glass. Aroma is huge on the citrus hops, slight spice as well, can’t say there’s much other than hops in the aroma, but it smells pretty good! Definitely dry hopped. Taste is fantastic, goes down nice and smooth with a slight crispness mixed with the bitterness of the hops, slight sweet from citrus. This stuff is great, actually like it more than Daisy Cutter.
